Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and IntelliArch AI Consulting LLC ("we", "us") for HolyMoly, the domino game at https://holymoly.intelliarch-ai.com and in the HolyMoly app. By playing, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't play.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to accept these terms where you live. HolyMoly has mature themes and simulated stakes. By playing, you confirm you meet the age limit. We may close accounts that do not.

2. HolyMoly Credits are for entertainment only

• HolyMoly Credits (HMC) are virtual game credits. They have no cash value. You cannot redeem them, cash them out, sell them, transfer them to another account, or exchange them for money, prizes or anything outside the game.
• HolyMoly is not gambling. You never win or lose money or anything of value. Winning a table only moves credits inside the game.
• You get credits for free: a welcome amount, daily rewards and game winnings. You may also buy credits. A purchase gives you a limited license to use those credits in the game. You do not own them.
• We may change how credits work: amounts, prices, rewards and packs. Credits end when your account is closed.

3. Purchases

• On the website, purchases are processed by Stripe. In the app, they go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under that store's terms.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Purchased credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits it bought are removed, and repeated refunds or chargebacks can pause purchases on your account.
• Daily purchase limits apply. You need to be signed in to buy.

4. Your account

You can play as a guest on one device, or sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple to keep your progress everywhere. Keep your sign-in secure: you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

5. Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. You must not:

• cheat, collude at private tables, or use bots, scripts or tools to play for you or read hidden information
• exploit bugs: tell us about them instead
• attack, overload or try to break into the game
• sell, buy or trade accounts or credits
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players
• use names, nicknames, table lines or portraits that are hateful, sexual, violent or illegal, or that infringe someone else's rights

We may remove content, reverse credits gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Private tables, clubs and friends

Hosts set the entry and Holy-Moly fee at private tables, in credits only. The table rules shown in the game, including forfeits for leaving mid-game and the LOCKED refund, apply to everyone who sits down. Clubs and friends are for registered players. Respect other players' choices to decline or block.

7. Texts and notifications

Texts and notifications are optional and sent only if you turn them on (see the Privacy Policy). Reply STOP to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.

8. The game can change

We may update, change or stop parts of HolyMoly at any time: venues, rules options, rewards and features. We work to keep games in progress safe through updates, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available".

9. Our content

The game, its art, characters, music and software belong to us or our licensors. You may play for your own personal entertainment. You may not copy, resell or build on the game without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent the law allows, HolyMoly is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual credits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Purchased credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking them.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and the United States. Please write to us first, and we will try to resolve any problem informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
